Dark forces are at work in Appalachia as Commander Johns unwittingly releases the Dust Witch upon the land. As Simon makes a new friend the Archivist, Chad races against time on his final chance to save Susie. It will see him return to where it all began: Vault 76...but something malevolent has taken up residence inside.
