David opens up to Bet about his own struggles. Bet begins to deal with the aftermath of her grandmother's death and takes a big personal step forward. 

Content warnings: discussion of ableism, discussion of mental illness (specifically OCD), discussion of abusive relationships with parents, discussion of religion, some strong language, mention of alcohol, and discussion of death and grief.
