To recap the first half of CARPENTER UNDER STONE, a mentally disadvantaged inmate named Zeke Rachel is being forced to make Glory State Penitentiary’s first electric chair by the money-obsessed Warden Pine. The first inmate scheduled to use that chair, a notorious criminal named Cunny Marco, has been threatening Zeke, hoping that him not finishing the chair means his execution will be stayed indefinitely.
