After a red hot 1984, Daniel Hawkins bought SCW and the VBS time slot from Julian Cain for a million dollars. After being cast out from All-South Wrestling after being revealed as a fake Angel brother, Kenny West was given a second chance with Krusher’s Heartland Wreslting out of St. Louis, and Nelly Gotch finally convinced his father Charlie to give Buddy a second chance, but acted too late as Hollywood Melrose was already in New York, being courted by Julian Cain.
