In this first episode of Writing Walks, Alex takes a walk around Crane Creek Regional Park, and talks about why he's making a podcast about writing, what he hopes to get out of it, and what he hopes listeners get out of it too. In the second part of the show he talks about inspiration, where writers can draw inspiration from, and what he finds most inspires him to write. He ends the episode with a book recommendation: Clive Barker's "Coldheart Canyon."
