Introduction / Day 1, Part 1: Aldergate Revisited Welcome to the Aldergate Papers. We begin where it all began: with one of my old friends murdered, and several of my new friends trying to do the same to me. To avoid them - and for other reasons - I have made my triumphal return to dear, strange old Aldergate University. So it begins. Where it ends may be quite a different story - possibly a horror story, possibly for all of us. For now, at least, I'm home at last.
